Návrh a pevnostní kontrola přepákování stupaček vybraného motockylu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and strength verification of footpeg linkage for a selected motorcycle. The objective was to modify the construction to meet modern ergonomic standards, ensure sufficient mechanical strength, and minimize the component’s weight. The evaluation was carried out using the finite element method, followed by a topology optimization. The result is a structurally optimized component made of high-strength steel, which shows reduced weight compared to the original design while meeting the required mechanical criteria.
