Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of selected motivation factors in a specific work group of operators at the innogy call center in Opava. Motivational factors include the influence of the manager, the effect of financial rewards, the motivation role of goals, overall job satisfaction and others. The bachelor thesis contains theoretical part and practical part. A questionnaire was used for the survey. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the assessed motivational factors and recommendations for the group leader.
