Abstract

This bachelor’s work deal witch influence on the pollution of surface on adhesion coating. The theoretical part is created by explanations of concepts that applies to these problems: there is definition on surface, coating and its types and its forms. Next problems are pollution of surface, forms of its cleaning, principle, testing and measuring of adhesion. The practical part of the exam carries out a experiment examining influence of dusty substrate on adhesion coating system. The system is applied on three types of substrate, and these are: zing, aluminum and steel standard. The observations are made about how much influence has dust and substrate on adhesion of coating system. Adhesion is tested witch lattice and cross methods. Results on dusty substrate are compared witch results on substrate cleaned by degreasing.
