Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the effort to design a model of human resources management in KUNST, spol. s. r. o. in Hranice na Moravě. The aim of this thesis is to propose a new model of human resource management with a focus on recruiting employees. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the available information and knowledge concerning human resources management and human resources. Also described are the processes of the system of planning, selection and rewarding of employees. In addition, the company KUNST, spol. s. r. o. is introduced. The practical part of the paper describes the current state of the human resources management system in company. Based on the information obtained from the enterprise as well as from the questionnaire survey, proposals, and recommendations for improving the human resources management model were formulated.
