Abstract

The goal is to provide the most realistic view of possible selection and motivation of employees in multinational companies, which sphere of influence extends beyond the place where they‘re based and due to their expansive character of development (even in our area) affect people not only in a business relationship, but in a direct reference to their employees also. Based on the analysis of specific transnational corporation have been created outputs, which assesses the situation and provide suggestions for possible improvements to the current situation.
