Abstract

MAREK, M. Design and Realization of Gripper for Linear Manipulator: Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Technology, 2018, 57 p. Thesis head: prof. Ing. Jiří Hrubý, CSc. The bachelor thesis deals with concept creation, design and commissioning of the gripping module for the removal of plastic parts out of injection moulding tool. The introductory part of thesis is devoted to the research describing a complete summary of gripping elements, their distribution and functions. The practical part deals mainly with design of the gripping head including a description of individual parts of the final assembly. The following part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to the set-up and adjustment of the gripper directly under operating conditions. The final chapter describes economic evaluation of created gripping module including financial savings and economic return of investment in serial production.
