This thesis addresses the maintenance system manufacturing company. The company uses two generations of maintenance and corrective maintenance along with preventive maintenance. The goal is to move the maintenance step further i.e. achieving predictive maintenance functions. A possible consideration is to establish methods of technical diagnostics on the machinery, which can be achieved by extending the life of the machine. In this thesis I present possible designs, plans, measures, analyzes, implementation methods and benefits of the methods applied to this topic. This work would formulate such studies to obtain basic point of view on the procedures that could be used to improve the care of their own property or assets of a manufacturing company.
