Abstract
This master thesis deals with the design of a high-speed vehicle interior in cooperation with company Siemens Mobility. The research part of the thesis presents the system of high-speed railways and the requirements for the construction of vehicles for a high-speed system with a focus on the interior and fastening of seats. The construction part is dedicated to the fastening of seats in an ICx train. Five fastening designs using a cantilever (console) are presented, and the final design is checked using FEM analysis followed by an analytical check of the screw connection between the cantilever and the C-groove. The last chapter deals with the design of the passenger compartment with several variants of layouts that meet the given standards.
