Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the realisation of the analysis of the suitable supplier granulate selection on basis of price calculations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with the explanations of the concept of purchase, the functions of purchase and its correct planning. The supplier-customer relationships and calculations are included. The content of practical part is to assess the situation on basis of delivered granulate and the succesive selection of the most suitable supplier from viewpoint of price calculations in the actual manufacturing company.
