Abstract

SOPUCH P., of lubricating plans selected machines. Ostrava: Department of Production Machines and Design, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, 2013, 62 p thesis, supervised by Ing. Ladislav Hrabec, Ph.D. This thesis deals with the lubricating plans processing to selected machines. In the theoretical part there is solved the general problems of lubrication and a wearing of functional surfaces in contact with each other and the subsequent movement. It also solves the examines of a well-timed importance and a good quality maintenance in the manufacturing process. After key machines selection which are an indispensable part of the whole production there was worked a lubricating plan to them to streamline machines maintenance and to reduce financial costs. Nowadays there are overemphasized increasing machines demands and therefore it overemphasizes on used lubricants quality improvement. These lubricants however require an increasing care for their good reliability and durability. They were set up principles for lubricants stocking. I have proposed conditions for following operation and a tribological machines diagnostics as well.
