dc.description.abstractCílem mé bakalářské práce bylo provedení literární rešerše v oblasti chemické analýzy těkavých mastných kyselin. Následným krokem byl výběr vhodné metody, která by byla realizovatelná v laboratořích CNT, VŠB-TUO. Vzhledem k náročnosti chromatografických analýz byla v rámci bakalářské práce provedena pouze částečná validace zvolené analytické metody.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the submitted thesis is a review of existing literature in the field of a chemical analysis of volatile fatty acids. The subsequent step was the selection of an appropriate method that would be available in CNT laboratories, VSB-TUO. Given the intensity of chromatographic analyses, only partial validation of the selected analytical methods has been carried out in this paper.en
