Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis entitled "Cost-benefit analysis of quality management system certifications" is to analyze the costs and benefits associated with quality certification using the literary sources and a questionnaire. The thesis also clarifies problematics of quality, its historical development, etc. Part of the work is to evaluate whether the theoretical costs and benefits correspond to the real costs and benefits that appear in organizations in implementing the quality management system and its certification.
