Výber optimálneho produktu životného poistenia

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je výber optimálneho produktu životného poistenia. V práci sú aplikované metódy viackriteriálneho rozhodovania, pomocou ktorých je následne hľadaný optimálny produkt. Bakalárska práca sa skladá z 5 kapitol, vrátane úvodu a záveru. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku rozhodovacieho procesu, jeho prvkov a štruktúry, jednotlivých metód stanovenia váh kritérií, ako aj metód viackriteriálneho hodnotenia variantov. Tretia kapitola je venovaná popisu životného poistenia, jeho členeniu, slovenskému poistnému trhu životného poistenia a vybraným poistným produktom rizikového životného poistenia, ktoré sú tu stručne predstavené. V poslednej kapitole je definovaný konkrétny subjekt a požadované kritéria a sú tu aplikované metódy viackriteriálneho rozhodovania. Použité metódy viackriteriálneho rozhodovania sú metóda TOPSIS a metódy lineárnych jednotlivých funkcií úžitku. V závere tejto kapitoly sú porovnané výsledky aplikovaných metód a je vybraný najvhodnejší variant podľa stanovených požiadaviek subjektu.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is selection of the optimal life insurance product. The work applies methods of multi-criteria decision-making, which are then used to find the optimal product. The bachelor thesis consists of 5 chapters, including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of the decision-making process, its elements and structure, particular methods of determining the weights of criteria, as well as methods of multi-criteria evaluation of variants. The third chapter is devoted to the description of life insurance, its classification, the Slovak life insurance market and selected insurance products of risk life insurance, which are briefly presented here. The last chapter defines the specific subject and the required criteria and methods of multi-criteria decision-making are applied here. The used methods of multi-criteria decision-making are the TOPSIS method and the methods of linear individual utility functions. At the end of this chapter, the results of the applied methods are compared and the most suitable variant is selected according to the set requirements of the subject.
