Stroj pro odstranění nálitků zinku

Abstract

The master’s thesis focuses on the design of a mechanical solution for removing zinc deposits from hot-dip galvanized welded meshes and similarly shaped parts. The introductory section describes the current method of zinc deposits removal and includes a literature review focused on the causes of their formation and possibilities for mechanized solutions. The thesis then presents several design variants of the machine, compares them, and selects the optimal solution with regard to ease of maintenance, long service life, and low operating costs. The selected variant is further elaborated in detail, including necessary calculations and strength analysis of key components. Technical drawings of selected machine parts are included in the appendix of the thesis.
