Určení závislostí mezi kvalitativními parametry pelet a zrnitostí torefikované biomasy

Abstract

This thesis deals with determining the dependence of selected qualitative parameters of pellets and particle size of torrefied and non-torrefied biomass. The input material is oilseed rape straw. Which is crushed and sorted into 4 fractions (fine, medium, coarse and mixture). Then the necessary analyzes and measurements of individual fractions are performed. There are two procedural ways. In the first process way, torrefaction is performed before palletization (pelletization after torrefaction - PAT) and in the second design, already produced pellets (torrefaction after pelletization - TAP) are torrefied. The produced pellets are tested. Then the thesis compares the results of individual samples of pellets, effect of torrefaction and particle size. Part of the thesis is also the konstruktion design of a laboratory reactor, in which it is possible to perform torrefaction. In the end, the calculation of the consumption of individual types of pellets for heating a typical family house for the heating period is performed. For better clarity and overview, the results are shown in tables and graphs.
