Abstract

Proposal of New Technology Productin of Tooling Base This thesis deals with production of parts – Tooling base. The sample representative – - LK Kukol company, material and current production are introduced and described. The current production is running on several machines and workstations. This part is followed by the designed production technology analysis. For the production using this designed technology we used combination of standart machine tools and CNC machines according to the company requirements and possibilities. The main target is to increase the productivity and to avoid any grinding and machining operation done by specific machining tool geometry. The advantage is substantial production time reduction leading to reducing the costs of production. In the next section new tools with cutting conditions definition are described. Finally both technologies are compared from technical and economical points of view. The appendix includes control program for CNC machine tool.
