Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Společnost má zájem nabírat čím dál větší počet absolventů této vysoké školy, především absolventy VŠB - Fakulty elektrotechniky a informatiky. Problémem je však jejich nedostatečná znalost anglického jazyka. Cílem této práce je analyzování systému získávání a výběru v Operačním centru ABB v Ostravě, nalézt případné nedostatky v tomto procesu a navrhnout možná doporučení, které by tyto nedostatky odstranily. Dalším cílem je analyzovat možnosti získávání absolventů Fakulty elektrotechniky a informatiky při VŠB, příležitosti a případné problémy, stejně jako požadavky na budoucí zaměstnání studentů VŠB-FEI a navrhnout doporučení, která by vedla k efektivnějšímu procesu získávání studentů a absolventů VŠB-FEI ve společnosti ABB v Ostravě.

The topic of this thesis is the recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization. The organization that was choosen for this thesis is called ABB. The company is interested in recruit an increasing number of high school graduates, especially graduates from Technical University - Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The problem is their lack of knowledge of the English language. The aim of this work is to analyze the recruitment and selection of ABB at Operation-Center in Ostrava, identify possible shortcomings in the process and propose recommendations that would correct these deficiencies. Another objective is to analyze the possibility of getting graduates from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Technical University, opportunities and potential problems, as well as requirements for future employment of students VSB-FEI and propose recommendations that would lead to a more efficient process of getting students and graduates VSB-FEI at ABB Ostrava.
