Abstract

The content of the bachelor thesis was the elaboration Design of Marketing mix of Sport and Recreation Facility s. r. o., Ostrava - Čapkárna. The aim was to focus on improving service quality and improving existing marketing features. A written questionnaire was used and then the data was processed in MS Excell and then in the SPSS statistical program. Research has revealed which services could be improved or newly rebuilt acording to the wishes of the respondents. Based on these results, these proposal and suggestions were passed to to the facility management.
