Abstract

This Master thesis studies the impact of the application of thin coatings adhesion to the metal substrate. The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. The introduction describes the use and effects of the thin coating on substrates. The theoretical part describes the use of thin coatings in practice. In other parts of the breakdown of thin coatings and adhesion principle thin coating on the metal substrate. Experimental part deals with the testing of adhesion of the two coating systems two types of substrate material. Tested are rolled, ground and greased surfaces. Coatings were Hempathane HS 55610 and Intergard 345. The best adhesion is shown by the samples with the ground surface and the worst with the rolled. In terms of type of coating, the improved adhesive properties of the Intergard 345 coating showed that Hempathane HS 55610. The draft methodology works and their evaluation is processed in the form of photos and tables.
