Abstract

This thesis describes the design of the heat exchanger, which condensed water vapor from the specific composition of biogas. In the heat exchanger design change phase method was used ε-NTU, which solves the unique contribution of latent and sensible heat on the side of biogas. There was chosen as the condensing exchanger Helical Multicoil Exchanger (helical exchanger) especially for its high heat transfer coefficient in the pipes and ensuring clean against flow media. Thermal and structural design is made so that it can be used in practice. Parts of the capacitor are checked and strength calculation for both areas is calculated pres-sure loss.
