Studie povrchové úpravy skládkového jeřábu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem povrchové úpravy skládkového jeřábu ve společnosti Třinecké ţelezárny, a.s., který nahradil jeden ze tří jeřábu na provoze aglomerace. V Úvodu práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o firmě, ve které mi bylo umožněno danou diplomovou práci zpracovávat. Následuje charakteristika jeřábu a stručný popis jeho jednotlivých komponentů včetně rozboru korozního prostředí, ve kterém se jeřáb nachází. Další část pojednává o návrhu povrchové úpravy. Součástí diplomové práce je také popis provedených prací a jejich vyhodnocení. Práci završuje závěrečná diskuze.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of coating of a dump crane in Třinec ironworks. This crane replaced one of the three cranes on the sintering plant. In the Introduction, there are presented basic information about the company, where I elaborated my diploma thesis. Then, the characteristics of the crane and the brief description of its individual components are introduced, including the analysis of corrosive environment , in which the crane operates. Next part deals with the suggestion on coating of the crane. This diploma thesis also includes description and evaluation of the work performed. The thesis ends in the final discussion.
