Rodinný pivovar v Chodové Plané a další turistická lákadla na Tachovsku

Abstract

The target region of this dissertation is Tachov district. The crucial subject matter is one of its many technical landmarks – Brewery Chodovar, s.r.o. The concepts of beer and brewing industry are predefined in the first chapter, which also describes the raw materials and the brewing process, the types of beers and its history and the beer spa branch in the Czech Republic is mentioned there as well. After that follows specification and characteristic of the Tachov region from the point of view of geology, geomorphology, hydrology and culture. Except of cultural monuments there are also technical landmarks included in the advertising brochure. The practical section is focused on the evaluation of the promotion of the Chodovar Brewery, which has been provided by a questionnaire research in the region.
