Charakteristika 2D a 3D drsnosti povrchov po obrábaní WEDM u ocele EN 1.4301

Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes theoretical knowledge of unconventional machining technology using electroerosion, describes basic surface roughness distributions according to ČSN EN ISO 4287 and realization of the experiment. The experiment was focused on measuring the 2D and 3D roughness of the mating grooves of EN 1.3401 with heights of 25, 15 and 10 mm. 2D roughness was measured with a Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-400 roughness gauge, 3D roughness was detected with an Alicona InfiniteFosus G5 optical microscope. The measured values were compared with the prescribed values determined by the ČSN 02 2507 standard. Next, the measured values of the statistics were processed. From the statistically processed data, graphical evaluations were made, where the roughness dependence of Ra and Rz was compared on the sample height and the sample measurement site.
