Posouzení renovace funkčních ploch skalní frézy

Abstract

The Theme of this Bachelor Thesis is the assessment of renovation possibilities of worn down components of the Rock Mill BOART LONGYEAR BF-300 D5 which is used besides other things also in the metallurgical industry to repairing of concrete components of furnace. It comes up to wear down of working blades RM5 in the course of working operations of this facilities. Not to reduce productivity of the whole milling process, worn down blades must be replaced with new blades one by one, they are in practice discarded which increase the cost from the economic point of view. The main object of this Thesis is to choose a right technology for a renovation of worn down blades of the Rock Mill and to evaluate effectively the financial cost expended on renovation of these components.
