Mikrostrukturní a materiálové charakteristiky oceli AISI 316L vytištěné technologií Direct Energy Deposition

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of additive manufacturing, specifically Direct Energy Deposition (DED) technology. The aim of the thesis is to provide an introduction to this issue and to make comparisons with Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technologies. For this purpose, tests on the mechanical properties of printed AISI 316L steel, such as its strength and hardness, were carried out, and a comparability and microstructure analysis of the steel was also performed. The results of these tests were used to evaluate the parameters and compare them with the results obtained with FFF and SLM technologies. This thesis provides a comprehensive view of DED technology and its application in additive manufacturing.
