Abstract
The aim of my thesis was to devise the Marketing Mix for the Web & Design Company Pixelhouse s. r. o. The marketing mix concept I followed out on the basis of analysis customer´s attitudes. In my thesis I focused on the problems of the marketing mix of services. Then I characterized company´s surrounding through the use of Porter´s analysis of 5 competitive forces. Customer´s attitudes was analyzed by means of secondary and primary data. The closing marketing mix concept („7P“) is applicable to the real run of company.
