Návrh přípravku pro testování automobilovém podvozku

Abstract

The thesis deals with the possibilities of testing car chassis and suspension. The main part is the proposal of test device for testing car suspension developed electromobil SCX 4. The test device had to be proporsal for current business dynamic laboratory sponsor thesis. Basic analysis was performed forces arising in the axle of the vehicle during maneuvers such as acceleration, braking and cornering. The main part of the product have been subjected to stress and fatigue check using the finite element method. For simple components, welded and bolted connections was performed analytical strength and fatigue check.
