Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the maintenance information system and its use. The theoretical part deals with the development of maintenance systems over time, their practical use in practice, as well as the pitfalls that these systems may have, as well as a list of basic functions that such a system should contain. The practical part then deals with both the evaluation of the current and the newly installed maintenance system. It compares the functions of both systems in terms of practical use of maintenance needs and its management. Furthermore, the use and importance of statistical functions. Finally, a theoretical calculation of the economic benefits of the above maintenance system is developed. The results of the work are then that analyzed in more detail in the final part of the work.
