Konstrukční návrh válečkové poháněné tratě

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se zabývám konstrukčním návrhem poháněné vodorovné válečkové tratě. Úvodem diplomové práce se stručně zabývám charakteristikou provozu, popisem základních strojních celků, transportovaných břemen a požadavky investora. Následuje návrh rozměrů nosných součástí a konstrukčních rozměrů. Základní části návrhu je pohon dodávající pohybovou energii válečkové trati, který spočítám a vhodně vyberu. Následuje pevnostní kontrola válečkového řetězu a dílčích komponentů. Stručně popíšu navržené konstrukční specifikace celé tratě, jako je umístění pohonu napínání řetězu a pozměněnou dispozici. Celá tato práce bude sloužit investorovi k informaci o navrženém zařízení. Příloha obsahuje sestavní výkresovou dokumentaci a diplomovou práci na CD.

This diploma thesis deals with the engineering proposal of a driven plane rolling line. At the beginning, I am concentrating briefly on the characteristics of the plant, the description of basic machinery, transportation and loads, and on the requirements of the investor. The chapter is follow by the proposal of dimensions for the supporting parts and the construction dimensions. The basic part of this proposal is the drive that is transferring kinetic energie into the rolling line due to calculation and suitable selection. Afterwards, a strength check is done for the rolling chain and other small components. The proposed construction specification for the whole line is explained shortly, with regard to the drive position, the tensioning of the chain and the disposition after modification. The whole thesis will serve the investor as information for the proposed equipment. The attachement contains the drawing documentation and diploma thesis on CD.
