Abstract

The bachelor thesis inquires into designing the new system of heating and hot water preparation for a detached house. The thesis main foundation, listed in the first section, is the calculation of heat loss of the house in state, which doesn´t meet demands of current norms and standards. On this base, next part contains proposal for a revitalization incl. house exterior insulation and window replacement. That is followed by the second calculation of heat loss concerning new state of the house, which serves as a base for proposal of the new heating and hot water preparation system. Economical evaluation listed in the end tries to assess state before and after revitalization, incl. enumeration of the savings achieved by it.
