Příprava a organizace volejbalového turnaje

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zorganizovat volejbalový turnaj extraligy kadetek. V teoretické části je detailněji popsána problematika spojená s managementem a dále jsou podrobněji rozebrány pojmy manažer, marketing a stručně objasněna volejbalová pravidla. Druhá část práce je věnována samotné přípravě turnaje. V této fázi turnaje je použita výzkumná metoda SWOT analýza, která slouží pro identifikaci silných a slabých stránek, určení příležitostí a hrozeb. V době pořádání turnaje byla v České republice zavedena opatření, která omezovala nejen svět sportu, a proto je v práci zahrnutý rozhovor s hlavní trenérkou extraligy žen o situaci v klubu v době pandemie. Ve třetí části je provedena realizace extraligového turnaje, který proběhl v prosinci 4.-5.12.2021. V poslední části na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou pospány náměty pro příští organizátory sportovních akcí.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to organize a volleyball tournament of the extra-league. The theoretical part describes the issues related to management in more detail and further discusses the concepts of manager, marketing and briefly explains the volleyball rules. The second part of the work is devoted to the preparation of the tournament. In the preparatory phase of the tournament, the research method SWOT analysis is used, which serves to identify strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities and threats. At the time of the tournament, measures were introduced in the Czech Republic that limited not only the world of sports, and therefore the work includes an interview with the head coach of the women's extra-league about the situation in the club during the pandemic. The third part is the implementation of the extra-league tournament, which took place in December 4-5.5.2021. In the last part, based on a questionnaire survey, ideas for the next organizers of sports events are described.
