Abstract

This bachelor thesis is engaged with communication between supervisor and subordinates in the selected branch Check post, with an emphasis on feedback. The aim of this work is to assess satisfaction with the communications and determine whether the employees feel the difference between the previous and current communications supervisor with them, identify any shortcomings and propose solutions for their elimination. From the survey carried out showed that the supervisor does not judge work of their subordinates, does not check correct understanding information and there are plenty of reasons, which complicate communication between them (e.g. the supervisor is unable or unwilling to communicate, gives conflicting information, poor relations between them etc.). I recommend to praise and criticize the work of subordinates, verify that the information has been understood right and to be friendly and open when communicating with them. Although satisfaction with the consultation, telephone contact and individual meetings is average, for their importance for communication nevertheless propose to improve them.
