Interní komunikace v organizaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací mezi nadřízenou a podřízenými ve zvolené pobočce České pošty, s důrazem na zpětnou vazbu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit spokojenost s komunikace a zjistit, zda zaměstnanci pociťují rozdíl mezi komunikací předchozí a současné nadřízené s nimi, odhalit nedostatky a navrhnout řešení k jejich odstranění. Z uskutečněného průzkumu vyplynulo, že nadřízená nehodnotí práci svých podřízených, neověřuje správné pochopení informací a existuje spousta důvodů, které komunikaci mezi nimi komplikují (např. nadřízená neumí či nechce komunikovat, podává rozporuplné informace, špatné vztahy mezi nimi atd.). Doporučuji chválit i kritizovat práci podřízených, ověřovat, zda předložené informace byly správně pochopeny a být vstřícnější a otevřenější při komunikaci s nimi. Přestože spokojenost s poradami, telefonickým kontaktem a individuálními schůzkami je průměrná, pro jejich důležitost pro komunikaci přesto navrhuji jejich zlepšení.

This bachelor thesis is engaged with communication between supervisor and subordinates in the selected branch Check post, with an emphasis on feedback. The aim of this work is to assess satisfaction with the communications and determine whether the employees feel the difference between the previous and current communications supervisor with them, identify any shortcomings and propose solutions for their elimination. From the survey carried out showed that the supervisor does not judge work of their subordinates, does not check correct understanding information and there are plenty of reasons, which complicate communication between them (e.g. the supervisor is unable or unwilling to communicate, gives conflicting information, poor relations between them etc.). I recommend to praise and criticize the work of subordinates, verify that the information has been understood right and to be friendly and open when communicating with them. Although satisfaction with the consultation, telephone contact and individual meetings is average, for their importance for communication nevertheless propose to improve them.
