Nový typ geometrické modifikace evolventního ozubení s přímými zuby

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with a design of a new type of geometric modification of involute gearing. The first and the second chapter describe involute gearing as it is. Some of the problems appearing during the mating of the gears are mentioned. There is also a description of other types of gearing using convex shape of a tooth. Then, the geometric modification, which solves some of the problems from first two chapters, is explained. The commonly used modifications are summarized. Next, a new modification with negative crowning is created and also standard modification with positive crowning is created. The gear pairs with both modifications are then calculated using FEM analysis. Subsequently, the gear pairs are compared, and the new modification is assessed regarding its correct function.
