Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of production control in conditions of micro enterprise. The thesis analyzes in detail the situation in selected company from various aspects, e.g. financial situation, company activities, orders and customers, company infrastructure, production technologies, machinery and its spatial arrangement, etc. Based on the identification of key problems in selected areas, which should facilitate the company's analysis of relevant information and its own production control. The proposals concern in particular the selection of supply companies, the creation of Microsoft Excel templates to record company drawings and orders, the creation of a type of technological process and methodologies for their use.
