Návrh zlepšení vnitropodnikové dopravy z pohledu BOZP

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vnitropodnikové dopravy z pohledu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP), zejména provoz vysokozdvižných vozíků. Cílem práce je návrh třech možností opatření, které budou navrhovány s ohledem na zvýšení BOZP, ale to při současném zvážení technických, organizačních a finančních aspektů podniku. V první části je práce věnována popisu jednotlivých strojů, které se v podniku používají. Následně jsou zde vyjmenovány vybrané právní a ostatní předpisy k zajištění BOZP a z nich vyplývající povinnosti, které se týkají jak provozovatele, tak i obsluhy manipulační techniky a ostatních osob zdržujících se na pracovištích. Dále jsou uvedeny zásady správné praxe, které jsou popsány odbornými organizacemi. Okrajově jsou zde i popsány technické požadavky na stroje. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vnitropodnikové dopravy, kde jsou popsána již přijatá opatření a riziková místa, která je nutné ošetřit. Dochází zde ke konfrontaci současnosti a povinností vyplývajících z právních předpisů, zásady správné praxe a požadavkům přicházející z korporace. Poslední kapitola popisuje konkrétní návrhy opatření, které vedou ke zlepšení vnitropodnikové dopravy v souvislosti s BOZP. Tyto návrhy ctí hierarchii opatření a jsou navrhovány s ohledem na reálné možnosti podniku, ať už na realizační či finanční úrovni. Výstupem je zhodnocení přínosů a odhad nákladů při realizaci.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of in-plant transportation from the perspective of occupational health and safety (OHS), with particular emphasis on the operation of forklift trucks. The aim of the thesis is to propose three variants of measures designed to improve OHS, taking into account the technical, organizational, and financial conditions of the enterprise. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the machinery used in the company. Subsequently, selected legal and other OHS-related regulations are presented, along with the obligations arising from them for both the operator and the operators of material handling equipment, as well as for other persons present at the workplace. Furthermore, principles of good practice as defined by professional organizations are introduced. Technical requirements for machinery are also briefly outlined. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of in-plant transportation, describing existing measures and identifying risk areas that require improvement. This section includes a comparison of the current situation with the requirements set by legal regulations, principles of good practice, and corporate standards. The final part presents specific proposals for measures aimed at improving in-plant transportation in relation to OHS. These proposals respect the hierarchy of control measures and are designed with regard to the real implementation possibilities of the enterprise, both in terms of technical feasibility and financial demands. The outcome of the thesis is an evaluation of the expected benefits and an estimation of the implementation costs.
