Racionalizace výroby v praxi

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of production. The main task of this thesis is the analysis and of design possibilities to increase production capacity of assembly workplaces. There are firm proposals to increase production capacity. One of them is an extension of existing sites. For this design was the need to take appropriate measures to increase production capacity of line, which would not able to produce by the increase the numer of sites. There is also evaluated and suggested a possible location of the workplace. There are also evaluated by using Pareto analysis the main sources causing a large percentage of defects on the line. Finally, there are assessed the proposals to increase production capacity.
