Abstract
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with customer satisfaction measuring in Dopravní podnik Ostrava, a. s. The aim is to analyze customer satisfaction and based on their opinions to recommend preventive measures and changes. To obtain information, a method of personal interviews was used.
