Návrh zařízení pro dělení ocelových lan a bowdenů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem dělícího zařízení. Dělící zařízení slouží k dělení a opracování ocelových lan, hdpe vložek a bowdenu. Zadání práce pochází z firmy S – PRASEK s.r.o. V práci je řešen rozbor problematiky a následný návrh dělícího zařízení včetně detailního návrhu jednotlivých částí. Hlavními částmi konstrukce jsou podavač, pákové nůžky, kotoučová pila a odjehlovací jednotka. Jednotlivé části jsou výpočtově zkontrolovány, zda splňují pevnostní požadavky. Výsledkem práce je 3D model navrženého dělícího zařízení s částečnou výkresovou dokumentací.

The master thesis deals with the design of the cutting equipment. The cutting equipment is used for cutting and processing of steel cables, hdpe inlays and bowden. The assignment of the thesis comes from the company S – PRASEK s. r. o. The thesis deals with the analysis of the problem and the subsequent design of the cutting device including the detailed design of individual parts. The main parts of the design are the feeder, shears, blade saw and deburring unit. The individual parts are checked computationally to ensure that they meet the strength requirements. The result of the work is a 3D model of the designed cutting equipment with partial drawings.
