Realizace dopravníkového pásu s tříděním objektů pomocí MeArm Pi

Abstract

The work deals with the design, implementation and subsequent automation of the production line model, which consists of a conveyor belt and a MeArm Pi robotic arm controlled by a Raspberry Pi minicomputer. The design of the belt was created in the Solid Edge 2020 graphical environment, where dimensions and parameters were defined in order to prevent structural inconsistencies during its subsequent implementation. Part of the solution is a sorting algorithm that scans objects on the belt with an infrared barrier and sorts these objects by colour using a colour sensor. Individual functions and processes of the model are visualized on the LCD display.
