Abstract
Diploma thesis deals optimizing calculation to break off the headlamp holder during a static test. In the introduction, a theoretical part, you will learn about the brief history of headlamp development. Next will describe the procedure for the construction and development of headlamps. At the end of the theoretical part will be described the headlam itself and its main part in terms of structural calculations. The aim of the thesis is to optimize the calculation and suppress dynamic effects with editing mesh size, subsequent deformation rate modification, and specific weight modification. The result of the work will be how to optimize the calculation to achieve the most accurate breaking behavior of the holder for the shortest calculation time.
