Analýza interních a zákaznických auditů ve společnosti Continental

Abstract

Subject of this Bachelor thesis are internal and customer audits. The first part is focused on basic information about audits, like an audit definition, kinds of audits, audit performance including audit team nomination and right questioning technique. There is connection between internal audits and ISO norms. As next are mentioned standards VDA 6.3 (process audit) and VDA 6.5 (product audit). The second part of this thesis is focused on internal and customer audits at company Continental Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o. For analysis were used audits from five customers. Finally are described recommended actions to improve current status.
