Bachelor thesis summarizes the available information on the implementation and evaluation of visual inspection in the field of quality management. It highlights the influence of different factors that have an impact on the correct implementation and evaluation of the inspection. It also highlights the current legislation, which defines hygienic requirements for workplace ergonomics and lighting used. Defines and categorizes the work in relation to visual and psychological burden that affect employees. The Bachelor thesis also takes into account the possibility of using statistical methods for the given issue. In summary, all of the facts described are the advantages and disadvantages of visual inspections in the field of quality management.
