Bakalářská práce obsahuje souhrn dostupných informací o provedení a vyhodnocení vizuální kontroly v oblasti managementu kvality. Poukazuje na vliv různých faktorů, které mají dopad na správné provedení a vyhodnocení kontroly. Dále se zabývá platnou legislativou, která vymezuje převážně hygienické požadavky na ergonomii pracoviště a použité osvětlení. Definuje a kategorizuje práci podle míry zrakové a psychické zátěže ovlivňující zaměstnance. Práce také zohledňuje možnost využití statistických metod pro danou problematiku. Souhrnem všech popsaných skutečností jsou výhody a nevýhody vizuální kontroly v oblasti managementu kvality.
