503/5000 The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in Global Tungsten Powders spol. s r.o. in Bruntál. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of recruitment, selection and adaptation, as well as terms from the appropriate literature. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the company and the analysis of the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The aim of the thesis is to explore and evaluate the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees and to suggest recommendations for improvement.
