Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice proces získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Global Tungsten Powders spol. s r.o. v Bruntále. První část práce je věnována popisu získávání, výběru a adaptace a také jsou vymezeny pojmy z odborné literatury. Druhá část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku společnosti a analýzu procesu získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a zhodnotit proces získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení.

The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of recruitment, selection and adaptation, as well as terms from the appropriate literature. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the company and the analysis of the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The aim of the thesis is to explore and evaluate the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees and to suggest recommendations for improvement.
