Abstract

The thesis focuses on analyzing of the current state and the subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SARIV-Němčík, Ltd., whose main activity is import and distribution of fasteners. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part is determined by performance, various approaches to performance measurement, the method BSC and its creation in the company. The analytical part includes a description of the company in which the BSC method is implemented, moreover, it describes the different perspectives of the BSC method and subsequently it defines the specific steps in the creation of the BSC method. The last chapter includes suggestions and recommendations for the company, which will lead to the fulfillment of its objectives.
