Aplikace metody BSC v konkrétních podmínkách

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu a následnou implementaci metody Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti SARIV-Němčík, s.r.o., jejíž hlavní činností je dovoz a distribuce spojovacího materiálu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V teoretické části je vymezena výkonnost, jednotlivé přístupy k měření výkonnosti, metoda BSC a její tvorba ve společnosti. Analytická část zahrnuje popsání společnosti, v níž je metoda BSC implementována, dále jsou popsány jednotlivé perspektivy metody BSC a následně definovány konkrétní kroky tvorby metody BSC ve společnosti. Poslední kapitola zahrnuje návrhy a doporučení pro podnik, které povedou k naplnění stanovených cílů.

The thesis focuses on analyzing of the current state and the subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SARIV-Němčík, Ltd., whose main activity is import and distribution of fasteners. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The theoretical part is determined by performance, various approaches to performance measurement, the method BSC and its creation in the company. The analytical part includes a description of the company in which the BSC method is implemented, moreover, it describes the different perspectives of the BSC method and subsequently it defines the specific steps in the creation of the BSC method. The last chapter includes suggestions and recommendations for the company, which will lead to the fulfillment of its objectives.
