Návrh kapacitního plánování v podmínkách strojírenské firmy

Abstract

Práce je směřována na návrh kapacitního plánování v podmínkách strojírenské firmy. Obecná charakteristika rozebírá oblasti související s tímto tématem v širokém okruhu. Významným tématem je implementace změny a její postupná realizace. Představení podniku a jeho profilu výroby, se neobešlo o počáteční mapování procesů v podniku. Mapy procesů ukazují strukturu a chování řídicího systému firmy. Podrobná analýza systému přípravy a plánování výroby, především integrovaného informačního systému Dialogu 3000S, odhaluje kritická místa v systému řízení výroby. Zjištění kritických míst a návrh řešení vedly k sepsání postupu, jak zlepšit celkové fungování systému plánování výroby a s ním spojeného kapacitního plánování v podniku.

The thesis is directed at a proposal for capacity planning in the terms of engineering company. General characteristic discusses sections related to this topic in a wide range. An important issue is the implementation of changes and their gradual realization. Presentation of the company and its production profile would not be possible without the initial mapping of company processes. Procedural maps show the structure and behaviour of the control system of the company. A detailed analysis of the system of preparation and planning, primarily the integrated information system Dialog 3000S, detects critical points in the production management system. Finding critical points and designing a solution has led to writing down steps how to improve the overall functioning of the production planning system and the associated capacity planning in the company.
