Technická diagnostika vybraných strojních zařízení v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technickou diagnostikou vybraných strojních zařízení, konkrétně dvou CNC frézek a dvou kompresorů. Teoretická část práce předkládá rešerši v oblasti vibrodiagnostiky a problematiky řezných kapalin, doplněnou o technický rozbor konstrukce ložisek. Následně jsou v práci charakterizovány vybrané stroje z hlediska jejich konstrukce a funkčních principů. Praktická část je zaměřena na realizaci vibrodiagnostických měření a analýzu provozních dat těchto zařízení. U CNC frézek byl navíc proveden tribodiagnostický rozbor obráběcí kapaliny. Cílem práce bylo posoudit aktuální technický stav strojů a identifikovat případné anomálie. Na základě naměřených hodnot byl vyhodnocen technický stav zařízení a kvalita provozních kapalin, což umožnilo formulovat doporučení pro další údržbu a bezpečný provoz sledovaných zařízení.

This master's thesis focuses on the technical diagnostics of selected machinery, specifically two CNC milling machines and two compressors. The theoretical part provides a literature review in the field of vibrodiagnostics and cutting fluids, supplemented by a technical analysis of bearing design. Subsequently, the selected machines are characterized in terms of their construction and functional principles. The practical part is dedicated to vibrodiagnostic measurements and the analysis of operational data. In addition, a tribodiagnostic analysis of the cutting fluid was performed for the CNC milling machines. The aim of the thesis was to assess the current technical condition of the machines and identify potential anomalies. Based on the measured values, the technical condition of the machines and the quality of the operating fluids were evaluated, which allowed for the formulation of recommendations for further maintenance and safe operation of the monitored machinery.
